These Terms of Service (as updated from time to time, the "Terms") is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Tarotale (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “App”), and govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("App") and any text, videos, sound recordings, visuals, information, graphics, or other content materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the App (collectively, the “App”).

Please read these Terms carefully before downloading or using the App. By accepting these Terms or using the App, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not understand the Terms or do not accept any part of them, then you should not use the App.

1. THE SERVICE

The Service consists solely of the mobile application (referred to as the “App” or “The Service”).

WE ARE NOT MEDICAL CARE PROVIDERS, AND THE APP IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH MEDICAL CARE OR TO GIVE YOU MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSES, OR PERSONAL HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS. THE APP IS INFORMATORY AND DESIGNED TO HELP YOU EXPLORE YOUR EMOTIONS AND GENERAL MENTAL CONDITION. PLEASE CONSULT WITH A LICENSED PHYSICIAN OR OTHER QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISIONS OR TAKING ANY ACTIONS THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY. WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR UNINTENDED TECHNICAL INACCURACIES IN THE PROVIDED MATERIALS, AS WELL AS VIOLATIONS OF ETHICAL OR MORAL STANDARDS. IF YOU ARE FACING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY OR VISIT THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM OR URGENT CARE CENTER.


2. ALTERATIONS AND UPDATES

2.1. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes: (i) in our policies or relevant laws; (ii) in the functionality of the Service; or (iii) imposed on us by any third-party suppliers. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service. If you do not object to the updated Terms within a reasonable time after they are updated, the Terms are deemed accepted by you.

2.2. We reserve the right to withdraw, take down, or amend all or part of the Service and any of its content at any time, such as to reflect legal changes or new technical developments. Changes will be made in consideration of your reasonable interests. Access to all or part of the Service may be restricted periodically for repairs, maintenance, or updating. You may need to download the latest version of the App and accept new Terms in such cases.


3. ACCESS/USE OF THE SERVICE

3.1. You can access the Service solely via the App by downloading it.

3.2. To access the App, you must be at least 13 years old (16 years old in the EU) and not prohibited from using the App under applicable law. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms. By using the App, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms.

3.3. To access certain features, you may need to register. To register, you must provide us with certain information, including but not limited to your email address and password, and sometimes your phone number. Your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3.4. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account. Notify us of any changes to the information you provided.

3.5. As a condition of using the App, you agree not to use it for any illegal purposes and agree to comply with applicable laws.
